Stay connected 🤙 anywhere you are in Sudan

An eSIM is a digital SIM card that allows you to activate a cellular plan from a carrier without having to use a physical SIM card. It is built into your device and can be programmed with multiple carrier profiles, allowing you to switch between carriers and plans without having to physically swap out SIM cards. eSIMs are becoming increasingly popular in smartphones, tablets, and other connected devices, as they offer greater flexibility and convenience for users.

Trip o'clock eSIM is designed to work in more than 200 countries, making it a convenient option for travelers who want to stay connected while abroad. It also offers competitive pricing and flexible data plans, allowing users to choose the plan that best fits their needs and budget. Additionally, Trip o'clock eSIM can be easily activated and managed through the Trip o'clock app, making it a hassle-free option for travelers.

To check if your device supports eSIM, you can refer to the device's user manual or specifications, our supported devices list, or check the manufacturer's website. Most modern smartphones and tablets support eSIM, but it is always best to confirm before purchasing an eSIM plan.

You can purchase an eSIM through Trip o'clock website or in Trip o'clock app. After purchasing, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your eSIM. You can also manage your eSIM plan through the Trip o'clock app, including checking your data usage and renewing or changing your plan as needed.

Install as soon as you’d like — just make sure you have stable internet connection. You can install in advance if you’re outside the coverage area— when you arrive, you can connect to use your package.

When you're in the eSIM's coverage area, you can connect to a mobile network to use your eSIM. You'll need to make sure the eSIM is on and selected for data (or calls and texts, if included with your eSIM).

In many cases, you can top up your eSIM — you don't need to buy a new eSIM to stay connected. When available, you'll find top-up packages for your eSIM before and after purchase.

If you need help with your eSIM, you can contact Trip o'clock customer support through the app or website. They can assist you with any issues related to your eSIM, including activation, troubleshooting, and plan management. You can also refer to the Trip o'clock eSIM FAQ section for answers to common questions and concerns.
