Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 8th February, 2026
1. Welcome to Trip o’clock
Thanks for choosing Trip o’clock. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how our website and mobile app (together, the “Platform”) work and what you can expect when you use them.
By browsing, creating an account or booking anything through Trip o’clock, you’re agreeing to these Terms, so it’s worth taking a few minutes to read through. If you’re not happy with them, you’ll need to stop using the Platform.
We may make changes from time to time to keep things up to date. Whenever we update these Terms, we’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date at the top.
2. Who we are and how to contact us
Trip o’clock is owned and operated by Mizormor Ltd, based in Ghana. If you’d like to talk to us about these Terms, the Platform or anything else Trip o’clock‑related, you can reach us at:
Website URL: https://www.mizormor.com

Address: Accra, Ghana
3. What Trip o’clock does
Trip o’clock is your AI‑powered travel companion. With our Platform you can:
- Plan solo or group trips with smart itinerary suggestions.
- Chat with your travel crew and keep everyone on the same page.
- Keep private checklists, track expenses and store travel documents.
- Explore places to eat, stay and have fun through Destination Explorer.
- Discover travel deals like global eSIMs, travel insurance and more.
We bring together tools, information and partner offers to help you plan and enjoy your trips. We don’t operate the tours, insurance policies, eSIMs or other third‑party services you might buy; those are run by independent partners with their own terms and policies.
When you book or purchase something from a partner through Trip o’clock, you’re entering into an agreement directly with that provider, and their terms will apply in addition to these ones.
4. Who can use Trip o’clock
Trip o’clock is designed for people who are able to enter into a contract under the laws of where they live, or who have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.
If you help a younger person use Trip o’clock, you’re responsible for how they use it and for making sure they understand these Terms in a way that makes sense for them.
5. Your Trip o’clock account
Most of Trip o’clock can be explored as a guest, but you’ll need an account to unlock the full experience (like creating trips, joining groups or saving details).
When you create an account, please:
- Use accurate, up‑to‑date information.
- Choose a username that’s appropriate and doesn’t copy someone’s brand or identity.
- Keep your login details safe and let us know if you spot any unusual activity.
You’re responsible for what happens in your account, so it’s best not to share your login with anyone else. If something doesn’t look right, contact us and we’ll help you secure things.
We may limit or close an account if we notice repeated misuse, clearly false details or behaviour that goes against these Terms.
6. Using the Platform
We love that you’re here and we want Trip o’clock to be a friendly, safe place for travellers. In return, we ask that you use the Platform in a way that feels fair and respectful to everyone.
A few simple ground rules:
- Use Trip o’clock in line with the law where you are.
- Treat other users, our team and our partners with respect.
- Only use the Platform for genuine travel planning and related purposes.
- Avoid doing anything that could damage or interfere with our systems (for example, trying to hack, overload or scrape the Platform).
Sometimes we’ll need to carry out maintenance, fix bugs or roll out new features, which might mean temporary downtime or changes. We’ll always aim to keep interruptions as short as possible, but we can’t promise the Platform will be available 24/7 or that every feature will always work perfectly.
7. Content and intellectual property
The Platform includes content created by Trip o’clock, by our partners (such as travel agencies, insurance providers and eSIM partners), and sometimes by other users.
This includes things like:
- Text, images and videos.
- Designs, logos and trademarks.
- Software, code and databases.
You’re welcome to use Trip o’clock and enjoy all this content for your personal travel planning, but this doesn’t give you ownership of our brand, designs or code. Please don’t copy, sell, or re‑publish large parts of the Platform or use our brand in ways that could confuse people without our written permission.
If you spot something that you think infringes your rights, let us know and we’ll look into it.
8. Your Content
If the Platform allows you to create or share content (for example, trip journals, reviews or photos), you remain the owner of whatever you create.
By posting or sharing content through Trip o’clock, you give us a worldwide, non‑exclusive licence to use, store, display and share that content in connection with running and improving the Platform (for example, showing your journal inside the app or in your trips).
We may remove or hide content where we reasonably believe it breaks the law, infringes someone’s rights, or goes against these Terms or our community guidelines.
9. Travel offers and partner services
Trip o’clock helps you discover travel deals and services from different partners, such as:
- Tours and experiences from travel and tour agencies.
- Travel insurance and protection products.
- Visa and documentation services.
- Global eSIM data plans (through our partner Airalo).
We curate and present these offers, but we don’t underwrite insurance policies, process visa applications or operate telecom networks ourselves.
Each offer will usually link to or include additional terms from the partner behind it. Those partner terms will explain things like coverage, eligibility, claims or refund rules, and it’s a good idea to read them before you buy.
10. Payments
You may pay inside Trip o’clock to book a tour, buy insurance, purchase an eSIM or unlock another partner service.
Here’s how payments work:
- We use third‑party payment providers to process your payments securely.
- You’ll always see the price (and, where required, taxes or fees) before you confirm.
- A payment is considered complete when our payment partner confirms it.
Once payment goes through, the actual service (tour, insurance, eSIM, etc.) is delivered by the respective partner under their own terms.
If there’s a problem with a specific booking or service, we’re happy to help point you in the right direction and, where possible, coordinate with the partner, but the final say on changes, cancellations and refunds usually sits with them.
11. Promo codes and discounts
From time to time, we may share promo codes, referral bonuses or special discounts.
Generally:
- Each promo will have its own rules (for example, where and when it applies).
- Promos can change, be paused or end at any time.
- They usually can’t be exchanged for cash.
12. Friendly rules for good behaviour
To keep Trip o’clock feeling light, useful and safe, we ask that you avoid things like:
- Uploading or sharing content that is abusive, hateful, illegal or intentionally misleading.
- Using Trip o’clock to spam people or send unwanted advertising.
- Trying to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or other users’ accounts.
- Using bots or automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Platform.
If we believe that something you’re doing is harming Trip o’clock, our users or our partners, we may gently step in by limiting certain features, and in more serious cases, suspend or close your account.
13. eSIM data plans with Airalo
13.1 Our role with eSIMs
Trip o’clock gives you a simple way to buy global eSIM data plans from our partner Airalo so you can land and get online quickly almost anywhere in the world.
We help you discover, compare and purchase these plans inside the Platform, while Airalo provides the actual connectivity and telecom service. When you purchase an eSIM through Trip o’clock, you enter a direct agreement with Airalo, and their own terms and privacy policy apply to that service.
13.2 What an eSIM is (and isn’t)
An eSIM is a digital SIM profile that you download onto a compatible, unlocked phone. It lets you use mobile data without needing to pick up a physical SIM card.
Most eSIM Data Plans are:
- Data‑only (no local phone number or voice minutes).
- Limited to specific countries or regions.
- Valid for a set time from activation.
Before you buy, we’ll show you what’s included: price, data allowance, validity and coverage.
13.3 Buying and activating a plan
Once you choose a plan in Trip o’clock and complete payment:
- Airalo will provide the eSIM profile and instructions.
- You’ll be able to install the eSIM via your device settings using the steps shown.
- The plan typically starts when you activate it or when you first connect in a covered country (this may vary by plan).
To get the best experience, it’s a good idea to:
- Check that your phone is eSIM‑compatible and unlocked before you buy.
- Follow the setup steps carefully.
- Select the eSIM as your data line in your device settings once you’re travelling.
Network speed, coverage and quality depend on the local networks where you’re using the eSIM, so they can vary between places.
13.4 Prices, data usage and expiry
eSIM pricing changes based on destination, data amount and duration. The live price you see at checkout is the one that applies.
Each plan will clearly show:
- How much data is included.
- How long the plan is valid once it starts.
- Which countries or regions are covered.
When the data is used up or the validity period ends (whichever comes first), the plan stops working and remaining data is usually lost. If you need more data, you can simply purchase another plan that suits your trip.
13.5 Refunds, issues and support
We want your connection to be smooth, but not every issue can be fixed on our side alone.
In many cases, eSIMs can’t be refunded once they’ve been installed or used beyond a small test, or once the validity has expired. Airalo’s own terms explain when refunds or adjustments might be possible, alongside any rights you may have under local law.
If you run into a problem:
- Start with the troubleshooting steps shown in Trip o’clock or in Airalo’s help guides.
- If you still need help, contact support as instructed in the app.
We’ll do our best to guide you and coordinate with Airalo where needed, but final decisions on connectivity issues and refunds are made by Airalo.
13.6 How your data is used for eSIMs
To provide eSIM services, Trip o’clock and Airalo each handle some of your information, but in slightly different ways.
- Trip o’clock uses your details to help you discover, buy and manage your eSIMs inside the app, under the Trip o’clock Privacy Policy.
- Airalo uses your details to deliver and support the telecom service, under their own terms and privacy notices.
We may share limited information with Airalo, such as the plan you bought and technical data needed to set it up or to help with support or fraud prevention.
14. Privacy and data protection
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
By using Trip o’clock, you agree that we can handle your information in line with that Privacy Policy. If you’d like to know more or exercise your data rights, all the details and contact options are set out there.
15. Service changes and availability
We’re always working to improve Trip o’clock, so features may change, be added or be removed from time to time.
We’ll try to avoid major surprises and keep the experience smooth, but we may, where needed:
- Update the app or site without prior notice.
- Temporarily limit or disable certain features.
- Discontinue parts of the service that are no longer viable.
If we ever decide to discontinue the Platform entirely, we’ll aim to give you reasonable notice where possible.
16. Our responsibility and your responsibility
Nothing in these Terms is intended to take away rights you’re given by law.
Within what the law allows:
- Trip o’clock is provided “as is” without guarantees around uptime, performance or error‑free operation.
- We’re not responsible for delays, interruptions or data loss that come from circumstances outside our reasonable control (like network issues or outages).
- We’re not responsible for the actions, products or services of third parties, including travel agencies, insurers, eSIM providers or other partners.
You’re responsible for:
- How you use Trip o’clock and any decisions you make based on the information or tools we provide.
- Checking partner terms before you book or buy services through the Platform.
- Ensuring that your travel documents, visas, insurance and other essentials are in order for your trip.
17. Ending or pausing your use of Trip o’clock
You’re free to stop using Trip o’clock at any time. You can usually close your account directly in the app or by contacting us.
We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe there’s been serious misuse, unlawful activity or repeated violations of these Terms. Where possible, we’ll let you know what’s happening and why, unless the law or security reasons prevent us from doing so.
Even if your account is closed, parts of these Terms that by their nature should continue (for example, those about intellectual property, liability and dispute resolution) will keep applying.
18. Complaints and feedback
We’re always looking to make Trip o’clock better. If something’s gone wrong, or you have ideas on how we can improve, we’d love to hear from you.
You can contact us anytime at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to respond within a reasonable time.
For issues linked to a specific partner booking (for example, a tour, insurance or eSIM), we might need to loop in that partner or direct you to their support team for final resolution.
19. If part of these Terms doesn’t hold up
If a court or relevant authority decides that any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that specific part will be treated as removed, but the rest of the Terms will stay in place.
20. Which laws apply
These Terms, and any non‑contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of Ghana. If we ever end up in a legal dispute about these Terms or the Platform, it will be handled by the courts of Ghana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll let you know by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms. Should you have any questions about these Terms or how they work, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
